So Val how does it look? I squeezed the comments together and
<br>added the section marker 'participant comments follow...'
<br>and the bottom disclaimer. These will only show up when someone
<br>adds a comment and will only show up once no matter how many
<br>comments are added. Should we do anything with the fonts...
<br>make them bold or italics or resize them? Changing the color
<br>might not be good because one never knows what the background
<br>color is for any particular page and so it one can't be sure if
<br>the text will be readable.

<br>I also am trying out a quick link bar at the top so that a
<br>person doesn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to
<br>go Home or wherever... also goto links to the added comments,
<br>which will only show up if there 'are' added comments, and a
<br>goto link to the comment submission form, which will only show
<br>up if there is that form on the page. If the "add comments"
<br>form has been suppressed from a certain page then those two
<br>goto links shouldn't show up.
